Yoga & Meditation

I have been an enthusiastic Yogi for around 30 years now and a British Wheel Qualified Teacher since 2002 with many years of studying with great teachers – my practice and teaching now is influenced by Vanda Scaravelli and Erich Schiffmann – Amazing teachers and wonderful Yoga.

There is nothing nicer than feeling stretched out, calm, relaxed and focussed and restoring what is really our natural state – Harmony.

Working on all levels – Body, Mind and Spirit.

Yoga is rooted in Ancient Wisdoms but is now being recognised as an effective way to cope with fast paced modern life – replacing Anxiety and Stress with peace and balance.

I have a special interest in using Yoga for healing especially in cases of PTSD, Trauma, Stress & Anxiety, High Blood pressure and post operative rehabilitation & recovery.

My Yoga is never about bending your body into a pretzel shape or wearing tight lycra clothing and its never a competition ( not even with yourself)

Its a journey – to be the best that you can be. It’s about meeting with yourself in a quiet space with calm, love and acceptance. Trusting yourself.

And THAT can be life changing. It was for me.
